M-U-B's consist of two or more Blast Resistant units placed together, side by side. These units are then fastened together to create a larger space for clients to utilize. The most popular sizes of these units are the 16' x 40', which equals approximately 640 square feet, and the 24' x 40' unit, which equals to approximately 960 square feet. However, much larger units can be created. These larger units can replace existing facilities that must be removed and by using A BOX 4 U's M-U-B's they can be easily moved any time the facility is redesigned.

The standard features of the Blast Resistant module are employed in manufacturing the multi-unit buildings. All of the other customary features from the single Blast Resistant modules are used as well. The M-U-B has the same quick setup and mobility as the BRM with no anchors or permanent foundation needed. This enhances the desirability of these units as they are easily movable to another site or location. The interior finish of the walls may be the standard OS board with a custom paint color of the clients' choice. The same may be considered for the floor options.

These multi-unit buildings may be customized in many ways, just as the single Blast Resistant modules. There are, however, some options that are unique to the multi-unit buildings. The two adjacent walls may be left intact with doors for easy access to each "compartment". But, more commonly they are removed - with support pillars in place - to provide the most space for a client to use. The open floor plan may also be customized with all the available options from the standard Blast Resistant module, such as tool cribs, office space or meeting rooms. Employee requirements can also be met by customization.
